Hello Gorgeous!

We hope you are as excited about your Hoodie that you customised as we are!  There is no better way to express yourself than through fashion.

At Differently Enabled we believe when you look good, you feel good,  and when you feel good you do good.

Your purchase of the Hoodie you created benefits
The Columbus Children’s Foundation

The Columbus Children’s Foundation focuses on accelerating access to affordable and effective gene therapy treatments for children with ultra-rare genetic diseases wherever they live in the world.

Your Hoodie is 100% Tencel Soft Micro that was created using methods less harmful to the environment than traditional manufacturing techniques.  Here’s more of that story.

While silky in feel, Tencel viscose is actually made from wood cellulose grown in sustainable forests. No silk worms died in the production of this making it vegan. Additionally no plastics were used. While Tencel is made from wood, it doesn’t grow on trees!

Here is the full sustainability report on our Tencel Viscose and some of the people who made your fabric:

The print you have chosen is from the
The Good Virus Collection.

The Good Virus print designs are based on images of the Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV) which can be modified to deliver therapeutic genes to cells or tissues to address genetic disease at the source. This is one of the most exciting advances in modern medicine.

This was digitally printed on demand onto your product, using 99% less water and creating less waste than traditional printing methods (which can use and waste 50-60 litres of water PER METRE printed.)!

To care for it, we recommend you hand wash air dry.

Your Hoodie was created in Leicester, England at Rialto. Here are some of that team:

I have personally visited this factory, and to the best of my knowledge I believe that this is a healthy workplace. Healthy working conditions have a significant impact on morale and productivity and protect the well-being of employees.

By wearing this garment you have bragging rights that you are supporting sustainable fashion and good labor practices.

Well done you!

We’re excited you are part of our journey to make fashion inclusive for everyone.
