Sam, who lives with Down Syndrome, enjoys a very busy lifestyle including spending time competitive ball room dancing with his wife Katherine. Combining Sam’s bold expression and necessary clothing features needed for dancing, the interplay between pattern, colour, and function was important in the design process for Sam’s trousers.Â
The Flat Front Trouser has a relaxed fit with 4 pockets and a functional front fly. They feature a trimmed lining with the same striped fabric as his shirt to create a ballroom ensemble.
This pair of trousers are made from a 55% cotton and 45% viscose stretch twill, with pocket linings that are 100% cotton that was repurposed from industry excess. By using excess industry fabrics, our garments are less harmful to the environment than traditional manufacturing techniques. To care for it, we recommend dry clean only.
